Conducted heuristic evaluation to understand and gather the site existing usability issues.
Selected six direct and indirect competitors for competitive analysis to discover valuable functionalities that could be implemented by Letterboxd, as well as drawbacks that Letterboxd should avoid.
Drafted screeners to select users with different levels of experience with the platform and background to uncover different ranges of usability issues.
Formulated the Moderator Script and tasks based on the research questions to enable qualitative and quantitative insights, such as the System Usability Scale (SUS) and time on task.
Conducted moderated usability testing sessions to identify user pains and needs and synthesize findings through affinity mapping to identify common themes as study insights.
